From route study to routine control

Comac service planning follows the machine through its working life

A useful service conversation starts before delivery. It defines the floor, the people responsible for daily checks, the consumables that touch the surface and the evidence used to approve results.

Map the Service Path

Four connected workstreams

Keep decisions attached to the actual route

01

Site definition

Record surface finish, area, aisle width, slopes, thresholds, soil and reopening expectations. A walk-through should include fill, drain, charging and storage points rather than treating the cleaning zone as an isolated rectangle.

02

Observed demonstration

Agree on a representative patch and test method before the machine arrives. Log brush or pad choice, solution setting, travel pace, pickup at turns and the condition of the floor after a stated drying interval.

03

Operator handover

Train the actual shift team on controls, line-of-sight checks, tank care, squeegee inspection and safe charging. Acceptance includes a complete route performed by the operator, not only a static control-panel tour.

04

Maintenance rhythm

Assign daily, weekly and periodic tasks to named roles. Service frequency depends on runtime, water quality, debris and handling; a calendar alone cannot replace condition checks at the deck and recovery path.

A repeatable review

Three records connect operations and service

Instead of promising a universal outcome, keep a route sheet, an operator check and a maintenance record. Together they show what changed when cleaning quality, pickup or runtime begins to drift.

01route sheet

Geometry, surface, soil and operating window.

02shift check

Deck, recovery, controls and visible damage.

03service record

Observed symptom, work completed and verification.

Scope boundaries to record

No floor scrubber removes the need to isolate people from an active cleaning path. Chemical compatibility must be confirmed for the floor, seals and wastewater rules. Runtime changes with battery condition, load and route behavior. Pickup performance also falls when blades, hoses or tanks are neglected. These conditions belong in the operating plan.

Define the handover before the machine arrives

Send the route, shift window and service access constraints. We can organize the questions for an observed demonstration.
